Fasciné par les paroles de Krishna, Raj plonge dans ce livre sacré et apprend des leçons profondes sur le courage, la sagesse et l’action désintéressée. Cette histoire nous rappelle l’importance d’incarner nos valeurs dans chaque petite action du quotidien.

🌿 Pourquoi écrivons-nous les histoires de Raj ? Ces histoires sont créées pour inspirer les enfants et les adultes à réfléchir à des leçons de vie à travers les yeux d’un jeune explorateur curieux. Raj apprend à chaque étape de son voyage, tout comme nous apprenons à travers nos propres expériences. Yesterday morning, our studio was filled with beautiful energy during the Chakra Flow event, gently guided by Azuka and accompanied by an enchanting Soundbath, in which I had the joy of participating as a musician. 🌟 Together, we explored each chakra, finding balance, harmony, and shared energy in a true symphony.☮️☯️☮️💜

Your presence lit up our space and contributed to the peaceful, connected, and serene atmosphere that defines Moga Yoga. 🙏

But this is just the beginning! More wellness experiences are coming soon: Yin Yoga classes, Soundbaths, and Sound Healing sessions to continue this beautiful inner journey.☯️
