MORGAN GOETHALS

A yoga practitioner and teacher, Morgan is the founder of Moga Yoga Studio. His deep connection to yoga began 11 years ago after living in India, an experience that profoundly shaped his vision and practice of yoga. He trained intensively in Mysore, Paris, New York, and Morocco, enriching his understanding and teaching of yoga through the diverse traditions of these iconic regions. For Morgan, yoga is much more than a series of physical asanas; it is a path to liberation itself, as taught in the vibrant tradition of contemporary yoga. At Moga Yoga, Morgan creates a space where students can not only develop their physical practice but also nurture their mental and spiritual well-being.

Émilie Rolland

Émilie is a dedicated teacher and an experienced yogini with 17 years of practice. She has passionately trained in various styles of yoga, including Sivananda, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, both in France and India, earning her initial certification in 2014. In her classes, Émilie skillfully guides students through a profound journey of breathwork, posture introduction, and the multidimensional aspects of yoga. Her teaching blends technical expertise with intuitive guidance. Participants in her sessions engage in a variety of practices, including pranayamas (breathing techniques), asanas (static postures), mudras (hand gestures), mantras, and meditation. Émilie also incorporates partner poses to foster connection and uses bodyweight to advance in postures.

Sarah Titli

Sara is a passionate Kundalini Yoga teacher, dedicated to supporting those seeking to overcome the effects of trauma. She works with organizations that support women affected by violence, using yoga to provide comfort and transformation. Her Kundalini Yoga sessions create a warm space where emotions can be released, stress reduced, and balance restored. Sara helps her students sleep better, manage anxiety, and approach life with renewed serenity. Each session is an opportunity to restore inner peace and rediscover the beauty of everyday life. Sara offers her Kundalini Yoga sessions in Dajira.

Léa simonet

Léa is not only a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor but also an energy healer and holistic therapist. Her deep spirituality and passion for alternative practices infuse each class with transformative energy. For Léa, yoga is a path to wisdom and clarity, offering much more than just physical rejuvenation. Her teaching style is characterized by warmth and sensitivity, creating a space where every session becomes an opportunity for personal growth and spiritual realization.
