Welcome to Moga Yoga Studio. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully, as they define your rights and obligations when using our services.

1. About Us

Moga Yoga Studio is located in the heart of Essaouira’s Medina, Morocco. Our mission is to provide a sacred space for well-being, movement, and community through yoga, meditation, holistic therapies, and events.

2. Services Provided

Moga Yoga Studio offers a wide range of activities:

  • Group Classes in Studio: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Pilates, Nidra, Sound Bath, Breathwork, and more. Levels are specified for each class.

  • Outdoor Classes: Sunrise sessions on the beach, gardens, or other inspiring venues.

  • Private Classes & Personalized Coaching: One-to-one or small group sessions, tailored to specific needs.

  • Passes & Packages: 5-class and 10-class passes, valid for a defined period.

  • Retreats, Workshops & Special Events: Thematic workshops, full retreats, sound journeys, and community gatherings.

  • Massages & Holistic Treatments: Complete Yoga Massage (CYM), energy healing, and other therapies.

  • Sound Healing & Meditation: Sound baths, guided breathwork, and deep relaxation sessions.

  • Studio Rental for Events: Available for teachers or facilitators who wish to host their own classes or workshops.

Moga Yoga Studio reserves the right to update or adjust the list of services at any time.

3. Booking & Reservations

Bookings can be made via our website here : www.mogayogastudio.com

Some services (retreats, workshops, private sessions) require prior reservation and confirmation.

Bookings are considered valid only after full or partial payment is received (see Article 5).

Walk-in participants (“drop-in”) are welcome for group classes, subject to availability.

4. Pricing

4.1 Group Classes

  • Studio group classes: €15 per person (or 150 MAD).
  • Drop-in without reservation: €17 per person.
  • If only one participant attends a group class, it will be converted into a private session at a special rate of €35 (instead of €50).

4.2 Passes

  • 5 Class Pass: €70 (valid 1 month).
  • 10 Class Pass: €135 (valid 2 months).
    Passes are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable once activated.

4.3 Private & Outdoor Sessions

  • 1 person: €50
  • 2 people: €80
  • 3–5 people: €120
  • 6–10 people: €150
  • 10–20 people: €240
  • More than 20: Price on request (tailored quote).

    Additional logistics (mats, sound systems, etc.) may generate extra costs:

  • €2 per mat
  • €0.50 per block/strap
  • €3 per blanket

4.4 Retreats, Workshops & Events

Prices vary depending on the program, length, and inclusions. Details are provided for each event on our website.

4.5 Massages & Holistic Treatments

  • CYM Massage: €70 per person / €140 in duo (90 minutes).
  • Other treatments (energy work, kundalini activation, etc.) available on request.

4.6 Sound Healing & Meditation

  • 1 person: €80
  • 2 people: €120
  • 3–5 people: €150
  • 6–10 people: €240
  • 10–20 people: €320
  • More than 20: Price on request.

4.7 Studio Rental

  • Hourly rental: €35 per hour.
  • Includes access to mats, props, and studio facilities (see conditions below).

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made online (through the available online payment gateways on our website), in cash at the studio, or by bank transfer (on request).

For retreats, private events, or studio rental:

  • 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 72 hours before the start of the event.
  • For late reservations (<72 hours before the start), full payment is required upfront.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Group Classes & Drop-ins

  • Cancellation more than 12 hours before: full refund or credit.
  • Less than 12 hours before: non-refundable.
  • No-shows: fully charged.

6.2 Passes

  • Non-refundable once started.
  • Valid only during the time frame specified at purchase.

6.3 Private Classes & Outdoor Sessions

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before: full refund or reschedule possible.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund only.
  • No-shows: fully charged.

6.4 Retreats, Workshops & Special Events

  • 30 days before: 100% refund.
  • Between 30 and 7 days before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before: non-refundable.

6.5 Massages & Holistic Treatments

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before: full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

6.6 Cancellation by Moga Yoga Studio

If the studio cancels due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

7. Studio Rules & Code of Conduct

To maintain harmony and respect in our sacred space:

  • No shoes, food, or alcohol in practice rooms.
  • Silence is required inside the practice space.
  • Treat the studio, equipment, and community with respect.
  • Any damage to equipment may result in replacement fees.

8. Liability & Insurance

Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries or medical conditions. Participation in classes, treatments, or events is at the client’s own risk.

Moga Yoga Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of proven negligence. Clients are encouraged to have personal health insurance.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone number) solely for booking and communication purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Moroccan law. In case of disputes, the courts of Essaouira will have jurisdiction.
