Hot Yoga is not about performance.
It’s a meeting.
With your limits, your breath, and everything that moves within you when you allow yourself to slow down… even in intensity.
In a heated room, the body becomes more available,
the mind softens faster,
and something aligns — almost naturally.
You come to sweat, yes…
but mostly to reconnect.
